Marina One is created in the core of Singapore’s new CBD by the collaboration with Malaysia’s Khazanah and Singapore’s Temasek. It is the premier development project designed by Christoph Ingenhoven, a name renowned in sustainable Supergreen architecture. The design has unified the four land plots to become one single unit instead of becoming four separate buildings. The outer principal font describes the city grid while its towers are held together by the Green Heart. The symbolic louvers are an integral part of Marina One Residences and seem to visually integrate the development project and create a luxurious climatic ambience. The multiple stepped gardens of Marina One Residences are reminiscent of Asian rice terraces that further improve the climate and provide a large green urban sanctuary within the CBD of Singapore for the prospective community.
The adroitly contrived lush green central garden bordering ICN design and Gustafson Porter has made Marina One Residencies brag its oasis in the core of the city. Amidst the noise of CBD Marina One Residences makes you feel the peace and calmness in the vicinity of verdant flora; it offers a perfect blend of development and greenery. The tropical diversity of the flora forms the background of the landscape of Marina One project. The abstract concept of natural environment and altitudinal changes forms the intent of Green Valley idea on level one, two and three which gives feeling of enclosure and fondness of the rainforests. Level four and fifteen evince the Cloud Forest scheme representing a change through a cloud cover.
